Returns on Amazon Orders<\/h2>\n

Many customers order Heel That Pain products on Amazon. We always honor our 180-day guarantee, even for Heel Seats and other products ordered on Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon classifies some of our products as non-returnable health products, so they will reject your return through their platform. If you ordered on Amazon and need to return or exchange your product, please get in touch with us directly at 877-215-3200 or care@heelthatpain.com<\/a> and we will process it for you.<\/p>\n

Shipping Information:<\/h2>\n

All products are shipped via USPS<\/b> from Southern California<\/b> the SAME DAY<\/b> ordered. Shipments are made Monday-Friday at 4:00pm PST.<\/p>\n

If you live in the United States, your order will arrive within 1 to 7 days<\/b>. Occasionally USPS experiences delays, and some orders may be delayed for as long as 2 weeks. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please reach out to our customer care team at 877-215-3200 or care@heelthatpain.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you live in Canada<\/b> (depending on what province), it will take a little longer to arrive. Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship internationally outside of the United States and Canada. We offer international shipping through our affiliated site HeelSeats.com, and you can find many of our products in your local Amazon website.<\/p>\n

Express Shipping<\/h3>\n

Orders with express shipping will be sent same day, prior to 4:30pm PST, and will arrive within two days. Orders placed AFTER 4:30pm PST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday before the shipping cutoff will arrive on Monday or Tuesday.<\/p>\n

In Between Sizes?<\/h2>\n

If you are in between sizes and you have a wide foot you choose the larger size. If you have a smaller and more narrow foot we recommend you choose the smaller size. If you are still not sure which size is best, call us at: 877-215-3200 and let’s make your feet happy together!<\/p>\n
