Nice to meet some other Joyces 🙂

Since my mom just talked about trigger finger, I looked up trigger toes — but I am also not a dancer! All of my toes on my right foot locked into a bent claw-like position. I had to stand to flatten them out.. It was painful and happened several times while swimming even after I took fins off. I ended my workout early and it hasn’t happened again all day.

I am not a dancer, nor do I drive any hours either but I have this same problem in my middle toe as well.

Hi
I have this in the toe next to my pinky toe. I am a runner and it comes on after any long runs (over an hour), the pressure builds in the toe then it goes rigid and sometime pops back but sometimes not……?

Ok, I have exactly the same problem! The charlie horse description is exactly how I’d describe it too. The interesting thing is that I’m Joyce as well! Am interested in hearing any responses you may get!

I will stretch my toes, then the middle one will lock up in a sideways position. And it feels like a Charlie horse in my toe… painful ! Can not unlock it. It has to unlock by itself.

Hey Aalex, do you drive a lot? I think I have this condition and the only thing I can think of for it developing is long commutes that I had for years. It’s been better since I don’t drive as much, but still acts up some times.

It started about 4-5 months ago and it’s getting worse and worse with time. I didn’t think it was anything serious and I was hoping it’d go away by itself but it’s just gotten worse.
