Heel Seats are one type of orthotic inserts, but they are highly unique and contain patented technology that no other insert has. You may need to loosen the laces a little bit with an orthotic insert, but they shouldn’t substantially change the fit of your shoe. Hope this helps! 😊

I have purchased already some gel insoles which once in the shoes my feet won’t go in the shoes I don’t want this to be the case with your inserts
