I have been feeling the exact same thing in my left foot and I have also recently started working out (also doing cardio on the bike due to knee problems)! Have you found out what’s going on?

I am experiencing the same vibration at this time, especially when I go to bed. But I feel it now during the day. I have tried B vitamins , calcium, valerian, htp, gaba and all the micronutrients, including magnesium chelate. Someone suggested exercise , as a walk or slow jog and I have noticed that it stopped after I did physical work. Today, that vibration is like clockwork and it does cause me some anxiety. Not diabetic, not stressed except about this, not over weight, active and I try very hard to eat healthy, no salt and decaf coffee. Still looking for answers to stop those dull electrical vibrations into my ankle.

Did you ever find out what was causing the vibration? I am experiencing the same feeling with my foot.

I have had an almost constant buzzing/tingling in both feet for well over a year or two. I have horrible insurance but did have bilateral knees done a few years ago back that turned out to be 5 surgeries because of infections in one of them and had to have the one knee removed, a spacer put in and another knee then put in. I wondered if this could have anything to do with this vibration. Mine goes on all day but seems to be irritated by sitting I’d different chairs. Lower chairs or a couch compared to a desk bad. The desk is better. Mine go numb and are very painful. Sometimes I have to stand up for a bit to help it. Mine is my toes clear down to about halfway of my foot. I can’t feel my toes and I can’t find shoes that I can wear now. I can only tolerate flip flops and they can’t be flat. Any input? Thanks!

I have this too. I also have it in my legs. Sometimes it feels like bubbling and popping in the muscles. I was diagnosed with idiopathic polyneuropathy which means they have no idea why I have it. Drives me crazy that they can’t tell me why so it can be fixed. I also have restless legs and degenerative disk. Only relief is massage so I imagine it has some to do with circulation. I can’t tolerate excercise and cold. Have you been to see a neurologist?

This morning it is in my foot, on that same left side and is pretty constant with every pulse. Would make it likely more serious and maybe a clot that has moved down to my foot?
